Salaam Baalak Trust
The Salaam Baalak Trust was set up in 1988 to protect and care for street children in and around the railway station, crowded bus stops, business areas and slums of New Delhi.
It reaches over 5,000 street and vulnerable children with shelters, counselling, medical and educational support, and skills-building programmes.
The Monsoon Accessorize Trust is funding the construction of a girl's shelter in Gurgaon to house 60 girls.
