Seva Mandir is a non-government voluntary organisation working on rural and tribal development issues in and around Udaipur district, in the southern part of Rajasthan (Western India). The Monsoon Accessorize Trust is funding an immunization programme, reaching some 1500 children in remote villages who have limited or no access to basic healthcare. Seva Mandir has also established a women's income generation programme (www.sadhna.org). This functions as a self-sustaining business, producing and selling handicraft products to local and international markets.

Seva Mandir welcomes volunteers (or "interns) for a minimum of one month and up to one year and particularly looks for volunteers with expertise/interest in:

• Rural development (including natural resource management, forestry, healthcare, education, women & child development)
• Design & marketing (for Sadna products)
• IT and website development
• Fundraising.

Seva Mandir offers volunteers shared dormitory accommodation for free and the use of a kitchen where the volunteers can cook their own food. Seva Mandir can also advise on finding alternative accommodation locally.
