Prakratik Society, Ranthambhore

The Prakratik Society, an Indian environmental charity, aims to save the tiger in Ranthambore National Park by addressing the root causes of poaching - namely poverty and lack of education.

We've supported integrated family planning and education projects in the surrounding 40 villages, funding the construction of two schools, a mother and baby unit and an orthopaedic unit in the local hospital.
