Renu and Tushar

Renu is a widow with two small boys, Tushar aged 6 and Sunil aged 4. Due to malnutrition and improper medical care, Tushar was diagnosed with a severe bilateral hearing loss. With the support of the Monsoon Accessorize Trust, Tushar has now been a pupil at the READS Doorstep School for the Hearing Impaired for over two years. He wears a hearing aid and is over-the-moon about the opportunity to attend school, having also learnt to read, write and speak.
